Spencer is a Junior Analyst in Spearheads Origination & Advisory Team.
Prior to joining Spearhead, Spencer worked for Simsan Ventures, a London-based VC firm in Seoul, investing in deeptech and fintech startups from pre-seed to series A. At Simsan, Spencer was responsible for sourcing new deals, screening start-ups and market research.
Spencer holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Management from the University of Geneva.
