Evan Sands

Evan is an Analyst on Spearhead’s Origination & Advisory team.

Prior to joining Spearhead, Evan worked as a Sous Chef, supporting people and operations functions with a focus on workforce planning, cost management, and day-to-day execution. He has experience across multiple industries, bringing transferable strengths in operations, team leadership, and program delivery, along with a background in sport programming and coaching.

Evan holds a B.Sc. in Kinesiology from the University of Guelph and additional credentials from Humber College, including a Post-Graduate Certificate in Sport Business Management and a Diploma in Fitness & Health Promotion. Outside of work, Evan is passionate about basketball, both as a player and an avid fan. He also enjoys traveling to experience new cultures and values spending quality time with family and friends.
