Prior to joining Spearhead, she worked as a Customer Success Associate for Plum Benefits Pvt. Ltd. An Indian firm excelling in the Health Insurance Industry where she focused on Understanding the product and systems while effectively coordinating with insurance partners to enhance their experience.
Arati graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce (Professional) degree majoring in Finance from Christ University, Bengaluru, Karnataka. She has also successfully completed a professional qualification of CIMA (Chartered Institute of Management Accountants), a UK-based course.
