Aaron is an Analyst on Spearhead’s Origination & Advisory team. He brings a dual background in Economics and Professional Communications, paired with a strong foundation in client engagement and creative execution. Prior to joining Spearhead, Aaron founded and led a multimedia agency, launching 120+ campaigns with over 100+ clients.

Aaron has a decade of experience driving operational efficiency, leading cross-functional teams, and optimizing performance through technology integration. His expertise includes financial oversight and vendor management, both focused on driving scalable growth.

Outside of work, Aaron enjoys playing tennis, flying as a recreational pilot, and playing the piano.
